Tips for Sleeping Comfortably on your Side
Gently coaxing a snoring sleeper to their side from the back position is the cornerstone of Rematee’s positional Anti-Snore Shirt therapy. With this in mind, here are some basic tips for getting a good night’s rest while sleeping on your side:
- Place a pillow under your head so your spine is in alignment – not too high or too low
- Place a smaller pillow, or a rolled up towel, between your knees. This relieves the pressure felt on your legs.

- Make sure your pillow is just the right thickness to support your head while keeping your spine straight
- If your pillow is too thick you will strain your neck
- If your pillow is too thin your neck will not have enough support
