| If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please call (1-778-329-6739) as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Thank you |

| PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS
You may return all items sold by The Snore Shirt Inc. within 30 days of your purchase for a 100% refund less the amount The Snore Shirts Inc. incurred for shipping the product(s) to you. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days of your order date. Please note that for orders that received free shipping, the initial shipping charges incurred by The Snore Shirt Inc. will be deducted from the refund amount. The Snore Shirt Inc. does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course also refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.
We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 30 day return period.
Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.

Please do not ship with Fedex or UPS as this will result in uneccessary brokerage charges that will be deducted from your refund amount. Please clearly mark you package with the words "Canadian Goods Being Returned" to ensure that no duty charges are applied. |
