1. Placing an Order

- Enter any coupon code you may have, and click on "Proceed to Checkout"
- Enter your Billing and Shipping information, let us know how you heard about Rematee, select your shipping options, and enter your payment information.
- Click on "Place Order"
You will be sent an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

We ship to over 180 countries.
1. US Orders: For US orders, your shipping options are:
- USPS First Class Mail (7-10 Business Days - only available for orders of less than 1 lb.)
- FedEx Ground (4-5 Business Days)
- FedEx Express Saver (2-3 Business Days)
- Fedex Second Day (1-2 Business Days)
- FedEx Overnight Priority
2. International Orders: For International Orders, your shipping options are:
- USPS First Class International Mail (7-14 Business Days)
-Fedex International Economy (5-7 Business Days)
- FedEx Pack International Priority (3-4 Business Days)
Please note that shipping fees are not included in your order. Shipping fees will appear once you have filled out your shipping information and selected your shipping method.

6. Order Tracking
